
MLX91377 / High-performance linear Hall-effect sensor IC
The MLX91377 is a high-performance linear Hall-effect sensor IC designed to meet the requirements of demanding applications such as steering torque sensing and other safety-critical automotive or industrial systems.
The MLX91377 includes a Hall element, signal conditioner, digital signal processor, and a flexible output stage offering analog, SENT, or Short PWM Code (SPC) output. Multi-point magnetic field linearization and magnet drift compensation ensures high performance and accuracy at room temperature and throughout the operating range of -40 °C to 160°C. Robustness to external disturbances and transient voltages is confirmed by the wide absolute maximum ratings including a supply and output voltage range of -18 to 28V.
