From highly integrated to programmable Hall sensors
Melexis' Current sensors are based on the most advanced application of Hall Effect technology to provide unprecedented accuracy for current measurements in automobiles, buildings and industrial environments.
The portfolio includes highly integrated sensors operating in ranges up to 50 A,as well as programmable IMC® Hall sensors and programmable, conventional Hall sensors with a ferromagnetic core to cover currents up to 2000A. Melexis' solutions provide a cost-effective and efficient option for almost any application.
Conventional Hall
High speed, high accuracy current sensors to simplify module designs (e.g. automotive inverter/converter) with integrated Dual Overcurrent Detection (OCD)
IMC-Hall®
Thanks to the patented IMC (Integrated Magnetic Concentrator) technology, the IMC-Hall® sensors are sensitive to magnetic fields parallel to the chip surface.
Integrated
With an internal conductor and currents up to 50A, without magnetic hysteresis and up to 4.8kV insulation.
No further calibration is required.
Shunt
