MLX90295 / Programmable linear Hall-effect sensor
The MLX90295 is a programmable linear Hall-effect sensor with ratiometric analog output. All magnetic response functions of the MLX90295 are fully programmable for versatility and system tolerances reduction (end-of-line calibration).
The output quiescent voltage Voq (i.e. Vout @ B = 0 Gauss), sensitivity, sensing polarity, the magnitude of sensitivity drift over temperature (TC - first and second order), the clamping levels, the thermal Voq drift and the signal bandwidth, are all programmable through the connector terminals (Vdd-Vss-Out). It features active error correction circuitry (quadrature spinning current and chopper stabilized amplifier), which virtually eliminates the offset errors normally associated with Hall-effect devices.
