MLX90293 / Programmable linear Hall sensor IC
The MLX90293 is a SMD programmable linear Hall sensor IC that enables contactless position sensor applications. The sensor measures the magnetic field component perpendicular to the surface of the IC. The internal temperature sensor enables magnet thermal drift compensation. The MLX90293 can be used in a myriad of non-contacting position sensor applications in automotive and industrial systems. The device is available in single and dual redundant implementations to cost-effectively address a full range of applications.
