MLX90291 / Programmable linear Hall-effect sensor
MLX90291 is a SMD programmable linear Hall sensor with a Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) open-drain output, targeting for small stroke rotary and linear position sensor applications. It can also be used for slow current sensing application. All magnetic response functions of the MLX90291 are fully programmable for versatility and system tolerances reduction (End-of-Line Calibration). The output quiescent duty-cycle PWMoq (i.e. PWM @ B = 0 Gauss), sensitivity, sensing polarity, the magnitude of sensitivity drift over temperature (TC - first and second order), the clamping levels, the thermal PWMoq drift and the signal bandwidth, are all programmable through the connector terminals (Vdd-Vss-Out).
